At AVCS, we believe in providing straightforward pricing, just like our Yorkshire roots. We’ve designed our pricing model to be simple and transparent, with no hidden fees or complicated tiers. We offer three main packages tailored to meet your business’s needs, covering computers, servers, and Microsoft 365 Cloud systems.

Our Pricing Breakdown:

  • £45 per month per computer
    This includes all protection, monitoring, and software licenses for each computer. We’ll ensure your devices are secure, running smoothly, and fully supported.
  • £250 per month per server
    This covers comprehensive server monitoring, maintenance, protection, and all the necessary software licenses. Servers are a critical part of your business infrastructure, and we provide expert support to keep them optimized and secure.
  • £150 per month for Microsoft 365 monitoring and management
    Our Microsoft 365 package includes proactive monitoring, management, and support for your cloud systems, ensuring everything runs securely and efficiently.

Additional Charges:

  • If you have many Microsoft 365 users but do not have corresponding computers, we charge £12 per month for each extra user to cover the Cloud licenses required for those users. This ensures that everyone who needs access to Microsoft 365 services is fully supported.
  • We offer a standalone backup restore test service for Microsoft 365 users who prefer not to subscribe to monthly support. We recommend performing this test twice a year, with each test priced at £150.
  • Power Automate. We are in the process of finalizing pricing for a Power Automate backup service to offer our customers. This service will be distinct from our existing Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive backup solutions. We will announce pricing when it is available.

What’s Not Included:

  • The prices above do not include Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licenses. These licenses must be purchased separately, and we can help you manage and set up these services if needed.
  • Third-party systems to perform server or computer backups are not included in the above prices.
  • VAT must sadly be added to all the above prices at the prevailing rate.
